Colorado Springs home prices by MLS area contains average pricing information as of 3/1/2019 (and how it compares to last year) for each area that is primarily serviced by our MLS (multiple listing service). There are links to in depth reports for each of the different MLS areas.

MLS (Multiple Listing Service) areas are how Realtors separate Colorado Springs into different geographic areas. This section of the site breaks down current statistics for Colorado Springs home prices by MLS area. Why do they matter? When you tell us you want to live up north, we do not just search “north”, we will pick an MLS area (such as Briargate, Northgate, Northeast, etc…) based on what else you tell us.

This graph shows you the dispersion of where people are spending their money in the MLS in 2018 and how it compares to last year. As you can see, spending varies widely based on area. People have spent about $40,500,000 less on housing so far in 2019 versus last year which is a -5.7% change and you can see where in this graph.

The red graph is this years spending and the black is last years spending broken out by volume for each area. The three letter codes you see are the MLS code for each of the different areas. I tried to use the full name to make it easier to read but the overlap accomplished just the opposite.
