Colorado Springs Real Estate Resources is my collection of resources that I recommend regularly to my clients to get things done. It is important to note I take no fee for referring people or for them showing on my site. I believe strongly in only providing recommendations that give my clients great service at a fair price. I have a comprehensive list that my clients receive, but here are a few to get you going. I ask two things in using my referrals:
- PLEASE tell them I sent you. My referrals know I demand a high level of responsiveness and competency for me to feel comfortable with recommending them. The more business they know they are getting from me, the better they will treat people referred by me. It’s a win win.
- PLEASE give me feedback on your experience. This is critical. When I recommend someone, my reputation is on the line therefore I take referring people very seriously. If you use one of my recommendations, I would really appreciate feedback (good or bad) so I can update my referrals as necessary. If you have a negative experience, I want to know and will attempt to rectify your situation if possible.

Actually, for years, I didn’t recommend him because of that fact. I don’t believe in nepotism or favoritism. Jim won me over with years of great service and consistently being one of the top loan originators in the entire country. His closing costs are very low, and his rates and fees are very hard to beat.
Scott Smith | BBVA Compass | scott.smith (at) bbva.com | 719-329-3290 – In addition to traditional products, Scott has some unique “portfolio” loans to help C Level executives and people with careers in advanced degree fields (such as physicians) obtain preferential financing. He service is always spot on and I’ve never had a delay thanks to his great service!
