I have only great things to say about Peter. My wife and I had a great experience buying a home with Peter. I have worked with numerous Real Estate Agents in the past, and I can say that Peter’s professionalism and work ethic is second to none. We met Peter nearly a year prior to searching for a home. He kept in touch the entire time, fine tuning our housing wishes so that when the time came to search for a home, we hit the ground running. He was prepared with a large list of homes for us to see as well as background knowledge on every home as far as what would be a good/bad real eastate purchase. His fundamental knowledge on the local real estate market is second to none and we benefited greatly from this. We were able to secure the home we wanted at a much better price than was asking because of this knowledge. He has a background in software and data processing, so his statistical analysis of the market is well beyond any other realator I have ever worked with. He kept us on top of all things throughout the contract process, constantly sending us reminders of what we needed by what date. After closing, his involvement did not stop. He continually is a source to lean on for handyman, painters, plumbers, floors, and electricians. He has even made a few stops by our home to make sure everything is going well. You will not find a more honest, knowledgeable, or harder-working realtor than Peter! He is not trying to get you to buy the most expensive house, but rather, the best house for you. He does his research on homes and potential flaws with re-sale.
