OK…so I am a self professed numbers geek. I can’t help it, spreadsheets and databases excite me. I know it seems crazy but it is a leftover curse from when I was a software engineer.
Since 2002, I have been on a crusade to figure out how to provide insightful information to my clients with regards to the greater Colorado Springs market conditions and this section is a culmination of over a decade of figuring out: what matters, how to collect the information I wanted to check, how to present it in a simple and easy to understand manner, and most importantly make it all work! Before you delve into the details, you may want to read my little guide on how to interpret market data.
(so please excuse me if I’m a bit zealous about finally being able to put this information up to share with you).
Now, since I am one person and still have to service my clients that are buying and selling homes, this site will roll somewhat slowly as I perfect and create the reports…as they become available the links will appear is this section (and the menu). Once everything I plan to report on is done, this verbiage will be removed.

It is one thing to collect a bunch of irrelevant statistical information and put it out there…I could make your eyes glaze in 30 seconds with stats that mean nothing. The art of statistics is to cull through the noise and provide simple insights.
There is a ton of information including market stats by area, school district, and even by neighborhood! HOWEVER, not everything I do is on here. Some of the most insightful statistical information is reserved for my clients. So if you love numbers as much as I do and can’t find what you are looking for on this site, as my client, you will get your fix.
